長者家居照顧員會為有需要既家庭提供長者個人及陪伴護理服務。除了日常照顧之外，還有輕量運動與陪診服務和提供心靈支援，與長者聊天及以遊戲進行認知刺激訓練，讓長者保持身心健康，亦令家人放心。

給長者溫馨陪伴
長者家居照顧員會為有需要既家庭提供長者個人及陪伴護理服務。除了日常照顧之外，還有輕量運動與陪診服務和提供心靈支援，與長者聊天及以遊戲進行認知刺激訓練，讓長者保持身心健康，亦令家人放心。
另外，家居照僱員也可為家有外傭的長者家庭提供支援等服務，更可為部分長居國外的兒女與家中長者提供更貼心的橋樑工作。
海外護理員的護理服務

我們的海外護理員會以居家形式提供一對一的服務負責照顧患者、長者、傷健人士、行動不便及長期卧床以致嬰幼兒等長期需要護理的人士

海外護理員是指以外籍家庭傭工簽證申請(合約為期兩年)來港的專業護理人員(他們來自菲律賓、斯里蘭卡和印度)

患者的日常起居照顧（包括餵食、沖涼、去廁所、換片、扶抱、復康訓練、藥物管理及緊急情況處理）情緒及社交方面

主要照顧行動不便、以至於患有腦退化、中風、柏金遜症、糖尿病、癌症或需要特別護理（如胃喉餵食、尿喉護理、造口護理）等患者
起居照顧員 (或受過訓練的外籍家庭傭工)
Personal Care Worker (PCW)
起居照顧員可以提供扶抱、防跌、餵食、餵藥、沖涼、換尿片、簡單伸展運動、體位轉移及陪診等日常起居護理。
保健員
Health Worker (HW)
保健員受訓時間較起居照顧員長，除了涵蓋起居照顧員的服務範圍外，還可提供尿喉護理、氧氣治療、傷口護理 (洗傷口)、腹膜透析 (洗肚)、注射胰島素 (打糖尿針)、造口護理 (更換便袋)、鼻胃管餵食等服務。
登記/註冊護士
Enrolled / Registered Nurse (EN/RN)
登記/註冊護士的服務範圍除了涵蓋起居照顧員及保健員的服務服務範圍外，更可提供氣管造口護理、抽痰、抽血、靜脈注射及肌肉注射等更專業的服務。
陪診員/家務助理
Medical Escort / House Keeper (ME/HK)
陪診員可陪同患者/長者安全地由家中到醫院覆診，取藥，並陪同返回家中及匯報當日覆診情況。家務助理可提供煮飯及基本家居清潔服務。

長時間下來就能夠讓每個長者保持身心健康，同時這也能夠讓家人（尤其是長居海外的兒女）時刻放心，有時候，長者或患者可能會出於心理因素難以接受身體狀況的改變、如廁行動感到尷尬不舒適，甚至會感到很困擾，為了避免這種情況出現，家人也可以讓ENSEMBLE 万儷安排護理人員來負責，而護理人員接受過系統的護理知識培訓，他們瞭解患者的心理需求，同時能夠根據長者的心理來採取及時有效的科學措施來解決問題，因此相比於家人或外傭，專業護理人員能夠有助於提高長者的老年生活質素。
